ContractsRadar does not provide legal advice.

3. No legal advice

ContractsRadar uses automated AI systems to generate summaries and answers.

These outputs:

• may contain inaccuracies
• may be incomplete
• may not reflect the latest legal developments
• do not constitute legal advice

ContractsRadar does not replace consultation with a qualified lawyer.

You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on Service outputs.

4. Eligibility and account use

To use ContractsRadar, you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or
• have legal capacity under applicable law

You are responsible for:

• keeping login credentials secure
• ensuring information you provide is accurate
• preventing unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Document uploads and responsibility

You may upload contracts only if:

• you are a party to the contract, or
• you are authorized to process the document, or
• you otherwise have a lawful basis to upload it

You must not upload unlawful content.

You remain responsible for all uploaded content.

6. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep ContractsRadar available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• maintenance
• infrastructure dependencies
• technical issues
• updates or improvements

7. AI-generated outputs

ContractsRadar uses automated AI systems to analyze documents and generate responses.

Outputs may:

• contain inaccuracies
• be incomplete
• require verification

You use generated outputs at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the ContractsRadar platform remain with the operator.

You retain ownership of documents you upload.

You grant us permission to process uploaded content solely to provide the Service.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
